Program Overview
This 3.5-day immersive conference addresses the psychological, neurological, physical, emotional, and relational impacts of stress and trauma exposure that inevitably affect first responders over the course of their careers.
Through a proactive, evidence-based, and holistic approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc. (FRRI) delivers practical education, techniques, and tools proven to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and long-term resilience. Instruction is paired with experiential modalities designed to strengthen both professional performance and personal well-being.
Continuing Education & Registration
24 Continuing Education (CE) hours are provided for this 3.5-day course.
