About our program:

This is an EXCLUSIVE training for the Oakland Fire Department will address the psychological, neurological, physical, emotional, and relational impacts of stress and trauma exposure affecting first responders. FRRI utilizes proactive modalities with a holistic approach to educating first responders in professional and personal resilience. We provide science-based education, skills, techniques, and tools that profoundly impact stress reduction and management.

Pre-requisite: 

One MUST be an Oakland Fire employee in order to attend this training.
