2026 Cognitive Performance Conference (Open)

September 9 - September 11
$1,000.00

Cognitive Performance & Resiliency Conference Program Overview

First responders operate in environments of constant demand, uncertainty, and pressure—yet the science behind brain health, decision-making, recovery, and resilience is rarely part of traditional training.

Hosted by First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® (FRRI), this program brings together expertise in neuroscience, human performance, leadership, and public safety to strengthen how first responders think, perform, recover, and adapt under pressure.

Through evidence-based education and practical application, participants will gain tools to improve cognitive performance, manage cumulative stress, enhance recovery, strengthen leadership, and support long-term operational readiness.

Designed for first responders and public safety professionals at every level, this training connects individual performance with organizational resilience.

Train the brain. Strengthen performance. Build lasting resiliency.

A Special Thank You | Program Partners

The Cognitive Performance & Resiliency Training Program brings together leaders in neuroscience, human performance, and first responder resiliency to provide an integrated approach to optimizing performance, recovery, and long-term health.

First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® is proud to collaborate with Mike Potenza, Co-Founder of Metabolic Elite, and Dr. Ryan D’Arcy, neuroscientist and Founder of Brain Performance Solutions, whose expertise helps connect the science of the brain with the physiology of human performance.

Together, this collaboration explores how brain health, physical performance, recovery, stress physiology, and resilience work as interconnected systems—and how first responders can apply that science to perform at their best throughout the demands of a career.

By bringing these disciplines together, we are helping advance a more comprehensive approach to first responder readiness:

Train the brain. Strengthen the body. Optimize performance. Build lasting resiliency.
