2026 Retiree Symposium (Open)

September 2 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Free

Retiree Symposium Program Overview

Retirement marks the end of a career, but it also marks the beginning of a new chapter.

This one-day Retiree Symposium is designed specifically for retired first responders navigating life after the badge, uniform, and career. While retirement can bring freedom and new opportunities, it can also present unexpected challenges related to identity, purpose, wellness, relationships, stress, and adjusting to a different pace of life.

Through a proactive, evidence-based, and holistic approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® (FRRI) provides practical education, meaningful discussion, and actionable tools to help retirees thrive in this next season. Participants will explore strategies for improving overall health, managing stress, strengthening relationships, reconnecting with family and community, and rediscovering purpose beyond the profession.

This symposium honors the extraordinary service of retired first responders while empowering them to build a fulfilling, resilient, and healthy future.
