Resiliency Training – Monterey County (Private)

RESILIENCY TRAINING
This full-day resiliency training is designed to help first responders better understand the long-term impacts of chronic stress and trauma exposure while providing practical, science-based tools to strengthen performance, wellness, and resilience both on and off duty.
Through a proactive and holistic approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® (FRRI) delivers evidence-based education and practical strategies focused on nervous system regulation, stress recovery, leadership development, and overall well-being. Participants will leave with actionable tools they can immediately apply in both their professional and personal lives.
