Program Overview

This 3.5-day immersive conference addresses the psychological, neurological, physical, emotional, and relational impacts of stress and trauma exposure that inevitably affect first responders over the course of their careers.

Through a proactive, evidence-based, and holistic approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc. (FRRI) delivers practical education, techniques, and tools proven to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and long-term resilience. Instruction is paired with experiential modalities designed to strengthen both professional performance and personal well-being. This program is designed for first responders, from

 

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand the physiological and neurological impacts of chronic stress and trauma exposure on first responders, including how the brain, nervous system, and body respond to cumulative operational stress.
  2. Identify practical strategies for regulating the stress response using evidence-based tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, and behavioral resilience practices that can be applied both on and off duty.
  3. Develop personal and professional resilience practices that support long-term wellness, strengthen relationships, and enhance performance throughout a first responder’s career.

For any command staff, training officers, and department administrators who wish to register multiple personnel are encouraged to contact us directly for bulk registration support. Our team can assist with reserving seats, coordinating attendance for multiple members, and providing any documentation needed for department training approval. Continuing Education & POST Credits 

First Responders Resiliency, Inc. is able to provide up to 24 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and POST Continuing Professional Training (CPT) hours for any 3.5-day conference.
