2026 Family Session (Open)

Family Program Overview
This full-day family session is designed to help families understand the real impact of stress and trauma, not just on first responders, but on the people who love and support them every day. Through a proactive, science-based, and holistic approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc. (FRRI) provides practical tools and insights to help families navigate stress, strengthen connection, and build lasting resilience together. This experience blends education with simple, real-life applications so families can walk away feeling more equipped, supported, and connected both at home and in everyday life.
