About the event:
Grab your lunches and join us on Zoom! On February 9th we are hosting a 1.5-hour training that will provide an introduction to the topic of first responder resiliency! Here you will learn how stress and trauma affects one’s physiology, mental and physical health when working in this industry. You will also be given science-based tools on how to proactively mitigate these effects.
