- For EMS/ER Staff: Supervisors/Managers and above.
About the event:
Grab your lunches and join us on Zoom! We are hosting a 1.5-hour training that will provide an introduction to the topic of first responder resiliency! Here you will learn how stress and trauma affects one’s physiology, mental and physical health when working in this industry. You will also be given science-based tools on how to proactively mitigate these effects.

This training includes the following subject matter:
- Neuroanatomy and the impacts of trauma
- Relationship between stress and The Nervous System
- Mindfulness-based practices
