2026 June Family Session (Hybrid)
Resilient Families Program Overview
This full one-day family session is designed for first responders and their loved ones to better understand the unique impact that chronic stress, trauma exposure, and the demands of public safety careers can have on the entire family system. While first responders often carry the weight of the job, spouses, partners, children, and loved ones can also feel the effects in everyday life, relationships, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
Through a proactive, evidence-based, and family-centered approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® provides practical education, tools, and strategies to help families heal, grow, and build resilience together. Participants will learn how stress affects the brain, body, and home environment, while gaining actionable skills for nervous system regulation, emotional wellness, stronger communication, and deeper connection. This program is designed to strengthen the family unit so everyone can thrive—together.
Learning Objectives
- Understand how chronic stress and trauma exposure can impact the brain, body, relationships, and family dynamics.
