CA State Parks Resiliency Training
This 2-day resiliency training is designed specifically for California State Parks personnel and public safety professionals seeking practical, science-based tools to better understand and manage the cumulative impacts of chronic stress and trauma exposure.
Through a proactive and holistic approach, First Responders Resiliency, Inc.® (FRRI) provides evidence-based education, experiential learning, and practical strategies focused on nervous system regulation, stress recovery, leadership development, and sustainable performance both on and off duty.
Participants will gain actionable tools that can be immediately applied to improve overall wellness, strengthen resilience, enhance workplace performance, and support long-term personal and professional well-being.
