Through a proactive\, science-based\, and holistic approach\, First Responders Resiliency\, Inc. (FRRI) provides practical tools and insights to help families navigate stress\, strengthen connection\, and build lasting resilience together. This experience blends education with simple\, real-life applications so families can walk away feeling more equipped\, supported\, and connected both at home and in everyday life. \nWhat You’ll Learn\n\nUnderstand Stress & Trauma Together\n Learn how stress impacts the brain\, body\, and relationships—and why it can show up the way it does at home.\nTools for Emotional Regulation & Wellness\n Discover simple\, effective techniques (like breathwork and mindfulness) to help regulate emotions and reduce overwhelm—for both adults and kids.\nStronger Communication & Connection\n Build skills that improve communication\, deepen understanding\, and strengthen family relationships.\n\nWho This Is For\nThis session is designed for: \n\nSpouses and partners/significant others\nChildren (14 years or older)\nFamily members supporting a first responder\n\nNo prior experience or background is needed—just a willingness to learn and grow together. \nGroup Registration\nFamilies or departments looking to bring multiple participants are encouraged to reach out to us directly.
