DESCRIPTION:Program Overview\nThis couples-focused course is designed to strengthen relationships between first responders and their loved ones. Participants will explore how shift work\, trauma exposure\, and chronic stress can impact relationships — and\, more importantly\, learn practical ways to reconnect\, communicate\, and rebuild resilience together. \nThe program is led by FRRI’s core resiliency instructors alongside culturally-informed community members\, creating a supportive environment that bridges the gap between first responders and their civilian partners.
