UPDATE! 2026 Couples Conference (Open)
Program Overview
This couples-focused course is designed to strengthen relationships between first responders and their loved ones. Participants will explore how shift work, trauma exposure, and chronic stress can impact relationships — and, more importantly, learn practical ways to reconnect, communicate, and rebuild resilience together.
The program is led by FRRI’s core resiliency instructors alongside culturally informed community members, creating a supportive environment that bridges the gap between first responders and their civilian partners. Our goal is to provide couples with evidence-informed tools and shared experiences that foster understanding, strengthen connection, and support long-term relational resilience.

Conference Dates:
